A Special Holiday Message from our CEO Charlie Pollock
Seasons Greetings
I would like to begin by thanking all our customers for another very successful and fun-filled year that, despite an overall moderating market, saw our company grow; adding new stores in Calgary and Victoria as well as increasing business at many of our other locations. As we grow, our company always strives to create real connections with our neighbourhoods and with our customers.
We officially launched our new CanadaGold.ca blog this year, providing informative advice on the gold market, and began running special events across BC, helping to raise over $3000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We are very pleased to be earning the business of more and more Canadians each day and helping to make a difference in the communities that we serve.
To our incredibly talented and dedicated employees; we thank each and every one of you for growing with us. We saw many of the great stars in our company advance into new positions, take on increasing responsibility and developing new skills. It is this growth from within that helps to give us the edge in this increasingly competitive market.
Everyone at our company is looking towards 2013 with much excitement. We are looking forward to another year of growth and many significant changes. While the market will likely continue to be unpredictable, our company is both well-positioned and highly-motivated to explore new markets and face new challenges.
Our renewed focus on customer service, the opening of our new jewellery store in North Vancouver, and the expansion of special events into more provinces will provide the fuel for our growth in the year to come.
No matter where our success takes us, our commitment is to be the perfect spot to get real value, and honest advice on selling used jewellery and precious metals in any form; from rare coins to scrap silver, large refining loads to small bits of gold, dental scrap and fine jewellery.
Thank-you again for your contribution to our success, we look forward to serving you again in the new year.
Warm Regards,
Charlie Pollock
